Biography

Guava Jelly Duo is an Annapolis-based, Caribbean-influenced trio whose reggae vibes are woven throughout the fabric of the band’s music. For over 15 years families of all ages have loved their popular mix of musical genres which stem from their cultural diversity. Bridgette Michaels, acoustic guitar/lead vocals, has deep roots in the Caribbean Islands; Dawn, percussion/vocals, hails from NJ (how YOU doin'?). They play a lot as a duo all over the DMV area but also have a bass player and play many gigs as a three piece band. They play a mix of reggae, rock, pop, country, folk, blues, originals so a wide range of music.
